Accommodations during the conference

We have made special arrangements with the Hotel Mercure Paris Bibliothèque, a four star Accor hotel located less than five minutes on foot from the IFM. We have reserved 40 standard rooms at the price of 119€ a night for reservation made before July 11th and 155€ a night for reservations made from July 12th to August 15th. Rooms & conference rates cannot be guaranteed after this date. The rate includes breakfast and taxes.

Conference Papers

Each paper will be 20 minutes long. Timing will be strictly enforced. Papers can be given in French or English. PowerPoint presentation can be uploaded from a USB device. We will be loading PowerPoints in advance of the presentations.

 

Submission of paper abstract + short bio

Please submit a one paragraph abstract (with final paper title) and short bio by September 15th. We accept submissions in French and English.

 

Possibilities for publishing after the conference 

The organizing committee is in talks with several venues to publish conference papers. For those wishing to submit their papers to publication, please have your paper ready by January 5th, 2015. We will submit an open call for the various publications and have a review process.

 

Book Fair

We will be having a book fair during the conference. Please let us know if you would like to bring books and/or journals to be put on sale.
